I am Ambassador E. Carl Howard, M.A., M.R.E., M.Div. and I have over 25 years of experience in banking and banking related services and have Seminary degrees in Christian Leadership, Religious Education and Christian Ministries (M.Div., May 2010).
I am a self-taught student of law and founder of "The Good Steward: Biblical Law & Biblical Financial Ministries", a biblical based organization that harmonizes the principals of Holy Scripture as "The Final Authority" for use in the areas of law, economics, and social concerns. I am also a teacher, writer, speaker, and author.
In the course of business, I have managed banks, collection agencies, collections for law firms, and various businesses to which I have facilitated the collections of past due monies in excess of a Billion Dollars from customers similar to many of you. As a result of my background, it has provided me with a unique ability to help those that are facing severe financial difficulties. In the area of law, I have assisted in counsel many individuals with powerful self-help biblical and financial strategies to stop foreclosures, wage garnishments, and lawsuits. I have further worked closely with others in overcoming civil litigation and battles with the IRS, using advance biblical based solutions!
