Ambassador E. Carl Howard is the founder of The Good Steward, Biblical Solutions by way of Biblical Legal and Biblical Financial Principals. To our knowledge, our ministry is unique whereas we as Non-Lawyers seek to apply harmonious legal and financial principals by way of scriptural interpretation for highly effective results.

Ambassador Howard’s teaching style is characterized by a professorial approach to investigating, unpacking and presenting God's Word through studies in languages, grammar, history, theology, psychology and other means as inspired by the Holy Spirit to get the best job done as a Good Steward.

The training that he teaches in his workshops and seminars are based upon personal knowledge and personal experiences in dealing with God’s people who are struggling because many were doing the best they could with the knowledge and understanding that they had.

That which is taught is not theoretical, nor hypothetical, but factual. It has been tried, battle tested, highly proven and it is extremely effective when used skillfully by fearless Believers who are willing to trust our Lord with all their hearts and lean not to their own understanding.

His communications are uplifting, encouraging, empowering, and highly motivating, with many reporting that the information conveyed assisted them tremendously for self-improvement.

Ambassador Howard is a staunch advocate in Believers being debt and usury free. He is a rising voice for Believers worldwide challenging them to consider repositioning themselves as a means to overcome the usual problems the church is facing while conducting business as usual.

By way of a brief example the techniques and training, as worked through in our Seminars & Workshop has been used offensively when needed to deal with unbelievers, municipalities and their agents when they have violated our rights. The techniques and training have been used equally effective defensively when needed to address things that could potentially cause us injury, specifically when our pleads of being a peacemaker were ignored.
